（2）prefer to do sth. 更喜欢做某事 。例如：
I prefer to stay at home on such a rainy day.
在这样下雨的日子里，我更喜欢待在家里。
（3）prefer A/doing to B /doing 喜欢A胜于B 例如：
I prefer dogs to cats.
在狗和猫之间我更喜欢狗。
I prefer staying at home to going out.
我觉得待在家里比出去好。
（4）prefer to do sth. rather than do sth.
宁愿做某事也不愿做某事。例如：
He prefers to call her rather than write to her.
他宁愿给她打电话也不愿给她写信。
