美邦服饰（购于2021年4月）美邦服饰一般指上海美特斯邦威服饰股份有限公司，于1995年创建于中国浙江省温州市，主要研发、生产、销售美特斯·邦威品牌休闲系列服饰。05年创办了上海美特斯邦威服饰博物馆，是国内目前规模最大的服饰博物馆。2008年8月，美特斯邦威成功在深圳交易所上市，股票简称"美邦服饰"，股票代码为002269。2011年5月7日，由《董事会》杂志社主办、各省市上市公司协会协办的"中国上市公司董事会金圆桌论坛暨第七届'金圆桌奖'颁奖盛典"在北京举行，荣获优秀董事会。2020年12月，上海美特斯邦威服饰股份有限公司人力资源部获得上海市委、市政府授予上海市先进集体称。近期在"沪深"股市财务综合评比排第224位。在所属"服装及鞋帽"行业排第3位。在所属产地"上海市"排第17位。
